Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights. Your rights under this returns policy are in addition to your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts in the country where you made the purchase from.
1. Order within 1 day of payment before shipping out, we will cancel the order and refund full for you.
2. Order within 2 days of payment before shipping out, we can cancel the order and refund the 90% of the total amount since our worker has picked up the product and packed the parcel at that time, except that, maybe the parcel has been sent to the shipping company’s entrepot.
3. We can not cancel the order that has been shipped out, please understand.
1. Within 30 calendar days of receiving a Product ordered from Freelywear, you can return any product that you are not completely happy with. Once you decide to return any product you must not use it and must take good care of it while it remains in your possession. The product must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or not worn (other than to try the product(s) on and in the same state that it was sold to you. Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and the product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first. You will get money back within 3 working days after we received items.
2. If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get a 100% refund or a free replacement. Please send us the photo about the product, we will reship it or refund after check your photo.
3. If the item is unused and good quality, you are unhappy with the product for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange other product after receive the returned parcel. Please email us firstly before return the parcel, it is helpful for us to receive the parcel successfully. The shipping charges are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

Please re-use the same shipping package to ensure a safe return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
